1. Application possibilities

This equipment is a continuous hanger shot blasting machine. It is mainly used for batches of products surface cleaning and strengthening, descaling and eliminate internal stress and increase the paint adhesion, etc. After treatment, the fatigue strength increased, the steel surface and inner quality improved.

3. Machine Descripetion

The equipment mainly consist of entry/exit vestibule, blasting chamber, blasting system, hanger transport system, abrasive recycle system, abrasive feed system, dust collector and electrical control system. This machine is environmentally as there is dust filter, which can control the dust emmission under 5mg/m³ test from fan outletby using Donaldson filter.

Working principle

the workpiece is loaded on the hooks, then transported into the blasting cell. Products are blasted by the high speed shots accelerated by impeller, rust and dirt is removed. Then transported out.

Abrasive Recycle System Mixture fall off into longitudinal screw conveyor at bottom of cabinet caused the blast process by gravity, transport to elevator, carry by the bucket on the belt, thrown into the separator form a uniform flow by a special device, meanwhile, suction air comes in to clean the abraisve, the good shots will be collected into hopper by gravity for recycle using.

Dust Collector Dust will be sucked into dust collector, absorbed on the cartridge surface, by using Donaldson filter, the accuracy can be up to 0.3um(HEPA), the cleaning efficiency is up to 99.99%. Purity air will be discharged to outside.
