The machine is suitable for forging, small casting, stamping parts, removing the oxide coating and surface strengthening, especially suitable for anti-collision parts cleaning and strengthening. After blasting treatment, it is easy to machining, not only can save processing time, but also protect the machine and tools are not damaged; Besides, it improve work piece service life and painting quality

Operation is very easy, 

Set Blasting Timer→ Fan ON → Belt CW ON → Wheel ON → Elevator ON

When the time is finished, the machine will be automatically shut down except the fan. 

After Belt, Wheel and Elevator off, please wait 20s then open the door to unloading the workpieces. There is a timer in the electrical cabinet, so the Belt and Wheel off will be 5s later than Elevator. 

You can unloading and loading the workpieces in, then start the machine as above sequence.
