The vacuum blast equipment is sand blasting machine with abrasive circulation system, mainly composed of the following six parts: roots fan, blasting tank, hose, nozzle, filter, electrical control system.

The compressed air and media mixed in the blasting vessel, push out from the blasting hose, meanwhiles, the media hit on the product surfance and re-collect from the recycle pipe what happened in a sealing brush, the dust and good abrasive were separated by the cyclone, and dust will go into the filter. Good abrasive will fall down and waiting for next cycle.
