Machine Description

Sand blast cabinet with rotary basket are used for whole treatment of small metallic items, plastic and thermosetting parts, such as fastener, nuts. The pieces to be treated are placed inside a tumble basket, which has particular form and tilt. The rotation is assure by speed motor variate.

The cycle includes: sandblasting and blow for dusting of the treated pieces. While the parts slowly tumble, two or three guns shoot the abrasive/micro balls against pieces, which, at the end of the cycle, are uniformly treated. Usually one can obtain very good results by applications shorter than 6-7 min/batch. The whole treatment cycle is completely automatic and is controlled by proper timers, programmable by means of suitable electrical device

TS9080A is a complete sandblasting machine with equipped with a removable tumble basket for larger parts and dust collector and abrasive separator reclaimer for operation using 60-220mesh abrasive.
