Warranty period of 1 year (except for wearing parts)
After Sales Service during Warranty
The normal warranty period shall be 12 months from the date of acceptance of the goods listed in the contract.
1.Spare parts replacement
For the damage caused by the parts quality problems except the easily damaged parts, seller provide on-site service, free repair and replacement of the damaged parts. If the damage caused by the buyer's artificial parts, seller would charge the repair and replacement service.
2. Fault response
After got failure report of equipment provided by us, seller shall give immediate instructions to the buyer for troubleshooting within 24hrs. If cannot be solved from call, seller should arrange a technician to go to working site to help client solve this problem.
Service after Warranty Period
Seller offer lifetime maintenance services for bidding equipment and charge fee at a discount below the market price.
1. Hotline Service Seller provide two hotlines to ensure the timely service.
2. Spare parts service Seller have sufficient spare parts, provide technical services and various services to the buyer in a timely manner.
